Change in Modes of Use

A change in mode of use is very simple.

  • As our partner having a Premium Mortgage, you can change the mode of use within the ceiling limit: in the case of a variable mortgage at any time; in the case of a fixed mortgage or LIBOR mortgage after expiry of a respective tranche
  • You can decide which mode of mortgage suits your objectives best
  • If you do change, a supplementary agreement is not required
