Centrum Bank as a Custodian Bank

In accordance with the Law on Investment Undertakings (IUA), a bank domiciled in the Principality of Liechtenstein must be requested to serve as a custodian bank. Centrum Bank has served in this capacity since 1998, and can provide you with the following and other services:

• Support and advice from the initial idea to the realisation of the concept, including the preparation of prospectuses and the submission of the relevant documents to the Financial Market Authority
• Safe custody of the investment company's assets
• Calculation of the net asset value
• Carrying out of activities stipulated by law and supervision of compliance with legal provisions,  e.g. observance of investment guidelines
• Appropriation of the investment company's income according to the prospectus
• Issuing and redemption of units and execution of payment transactions
• Accounting and maintenance of unit register
